I am a practicing Chartered Accountant with 35 years of experience and am presently advising management on Banking,Taxation , Company Law matters, Service Tax, and other similar Laws.I am an Auditor to many Companies, firms, Proprietorship firms and individuals and societies.I also carry out Tax Audit assignments. I have been conducting audits of banks which included Stock Audits, Concurrent Bank Audits ,Special Assignments and Statutory Audits since last more than 30 years.I represent my clients before all Income Tax authorities on behalf of my clients.​

Having closely worked with young entrepreneurs in the field of exports I gathered a great amount of knowledge in the field of Garment Exports and Leather Exports.I have closely observed the system of procurement of materials and manufacture and exports of fabric and leather garments and am helping my clients to take appropriate decisions whenever they face bottlenecks in their working.I have also associated myself with companies who have come out with Capital issues. I have worked with NBFC companies and provided them necessary advice as a part of my consultancy work.I have a good knowledge of Banking and helped my clients and others to get finance from banks and from NBFC and Financial Institutions.My firm has carried out Internal Audits of Large and Medium organisations in all aspects of the organisation including M.I.S Audit, Purchase functions ,Sales , H.R ,Production .Packing , Accounts and Inventory. All these matters have been carried out along with those enumerated above.

She is an educationist having worked with DPS East of Kailash and R.K.Puram.She was also associated with DPS International,Saket and with Schools like Tagore International, Summerfield, Birla Vidya Niketan as Head Mistress. Son is a Group Director Revenue Management at Park Hotel Group in Singapore. He is an Alumni of ISB Hyderabad. Daughter is BDS and after completing her MBA in Hospital Management at IHMR Delhi has joined Medanta Gurgaon. Their spouses are professionals and are well established in their respective fields.
